About Koru

We appreciate the central importance of human dynamics to the success of organisations. As with all human groupings including families we can sometimes become blind to the dynamics within our organisations and therefore struggle to find solutions.

Viewing from outside your organisations we can often have a much clearer understanding of what is going on and help you understand what is happening and how to fix it.

Our team comprises two founder employees, Sam and Roz as well as a network of colleagues with a range of different skills.
